How long does it take to get us up and running?
On average, it takes about a week to get your new accounting software ready to go. This includes a complete build-out of your chart of accounts to turn your P&L into a business report card that helps you grow your business and make more money!
Your bookkeeping service will start immediately after and you'll begin seeing industry specific accounting practices being utilized instantly. Typically, it will then take about 90 days for our clients to see completely clean books as we transition out of some old (and bad!) accounting habits. During this time, we'll begin your monthly profit coaching where we sit down with you to help explain what your numbers are saying, how you stack up, and provide insight and strategies to achieve your goals.
What tasks are you able to take over for me and my business?
We'll take over most of your day-to-day transactional bookkeeping including entering all of your vendor invoices, coding all credit card charges to correct accounts, recording payments and deposits from customers, keeping your A/R up-to-date, true job costing, and much more! Additionally, we'll walk you through P&L analysis and strategic decision making while utilizing your improved P&L each month.
